Elisha Abas

Elisha Abas ( born December 10, 1971 in Jerusalem) is an Israeli pianist.

Life

With four years he studied at the Jerusalem Conservatory of Music with ester Medvetsky. By December 2006, he was also informed of Pnina Salzman.

The age of nine he impressed his audience with his exceptional game and was regarded as absolutely exceptional talent. Even sizes of the music world such as Arthur Rubinstein and Zubin Mehta were enthusiastic.

He won eight years in a row the first prize of the American - Israel Cultural Foundation Music Competition and first prize at the Claremont Piano Competition. He played 11 years with, among others, along with Leonard Bernstein at Carnegie Hall further also at the Royal Albert Hall and gave private concerts for Yitzhak Nawon and the exiled Queen of Italy, Maria Jose di Savoia.
