Elizabeth Debicki

Elizabeth Debicki ( born August, 1990 in Paris) is an Australian actress.

Life

Debicki was born in Paris as the eldest daughter of a Polish father and an Australian mother. At the age of 5 years the family moved to Melbourne. At the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne she made 2010 a degree in English and drama.

Her first film role was Debicki 2011 in the Australian- British comedy film The Groomsmen as Maureen. Shortly after her university degree, she sent a demo tape to Baz Luhrmann for a role in his film The Great Gatsby. After the auditions in Los Angeles, she was announced as the occupation of Jordan Baker in the film in May 2011.

Besides her work as a film actress, she was also seen already in theater productions in Melbourne and Sydney.
