Ellef Mohn

Ellef Mohn ( born August 13, 1894 in Gjøvik, † January 4, 1974 in Oslo) was a Norwegian footballer.

Career

Association

Poppy played from 1908 to 1916 at his home club SK Gjøvik -Lyn. In 1914, he was with SK Lyn in the final of the Norwegian Football Cup, which lost 2:4 with the team from the province of Oppland against Frigg Oslo FK, where he moved in 1917. With Frigg he reached 1919 to 1921 three times in a row, the cup final. After the finals were lost in 1919 and 1920, in 1921 a 2-0 win against Odd Grenland.

National

1920 Poppy debuted in the Olympic football tournament in 1920 in Antwerp in the Norwegian national team, as he took the position of Adolph Wold in the game against Italy ( 1:2 aet). It was followed by two stakes in 1922 against Finland ( 3-1 ) and Denmark ( 3:3 ).
