Ellen Parker (actress)

Ellen Parker ( born September 30, 1949 in Paris, France ) is an American actress.

She made her film debut in 1979 at the opposite Dustin Hoffman in Kramer vs. Kramer. She subsequently appeared almost exclusively in television productions. She played Maureen Reardon Bauer from 1986-1993 in the soap opera Guiding Light. For this role, Parker was awarded the 1993 Emmy. She also appeared as a guest star in series like LA Law, Law & Order or Ed - The Bowling lawyer.

Ellen Parker is married to a New York physician. Together the couple have adopted a Chinese girl.
