Elyaniv Barda

Elyaniv Felix Barda (Hebrew אליניב ברדה; * December 15, 1981 in Beersheba ) is an Israeli football player who has a contract with KRC Genk in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League since 2007.

His younger brother by three years Yanon is also an active professional football players.

Career

Association

Elyaniv Barda began his career in the youth of Hapoel Be'er Sheva. In 1998 he made his debut for Be'er Sheva in the league Leumit, the second highest Israeli league. He played a total of five years in professional team at Be'er Sheva and abolished in 2001 with the team's promotion to the Ligat ha Al, the top division in Israeli football. After two years he left the club and joined the Israeli club Maccabi Haifa tradition. Also in Haifa, he received regular operations and was able to achieve in two years twelve goals in 57 games. He then moved on to league rivals Hapoel Tel Aviv. With Maccabi he won two consecutive Israeli Cup. National

Barda debuted on March 24, 2007 in the European Championship qualifiers for EURO 2008 against England for the Israeli national team. In his fourth appearance for the national team, he was able to record his first goal against Russia. During the qualifying matches for the 2010 World Cup, he was able to achieve six goals and was the top scorer for Israel. In the home game September 9, 2009 against Luxembourg he scored 7-0 success three goals. In 29 international matches, the attacker has been able to achieve twelve gates.
