Emel Etem Toshkova

Emel Etem Toschkowa (Bulgarian: Емел Етем Тошкова, born March 4, 1958 in Isperich, Oblast Razgrad, Bulgaria) is a Bulgarian politician of Turkish descent. She is current Minister of National Affairs in the Bulgarian government, as well as Deputy Prime Minister. It represents the party Movement for Rights and Freedoms.

In 1981 she graduated from the University of the Russian master's degree in mechanical engineering and worked as an engineer until 1992.
