Emergency Service Unit

In the Emergency Service Unit ( other names: Emergency Services Squad ( ESS) and Emergency Service Detail) is an emergency unit of some police forces in the United States, especially on the east coast of the United States. It is required in road accidents, building collapses, hostage-taking and similar situations in which special equipment and / or special expertise are in demand. The ESU includes numerous departments such as a service dog team (Canine Unit), police divers, emergency medical teams, explosives experts, technical assistance (Specialized Equipment Rescue) and a field training.

Tasks
