Quotes

" The syndicalist organism is essentially federalist. At the base is the union group, the syndicate, which is a collection of workers; on the second level, there is the federation of syndicates and the industry union syndicates, both collections of gangs; then, on the third and last level finally there is the General Workers Confederation, which is a collection of federations and unions in the industry syndicates. At each level, the autonomy of the organism is realized: The industry federations and unions are autonomous within the confederation; syndicates are autonomous within the Federation and the industry union; and the individual syndicalists are autonomous within the syndicates.
