Emmanuel Foulon

Emmanuel Foulon was a Belgian archer.

Foulon entered 1900 at the Olympic Games in Paris in competition Sur la Perche à la Herse, the mast shooting, the archers, which took place on August 16. He won the competition and became the Olympic champion.
