Empar Moliner

Empar Moliner (* 1966 in Santa Eulalia de Ronçana, province of Barcelona) is a Spanish actress; Stand-up comedian, journalist and writer.

Life

She is a freelancer for Catalunya Ràdio, at the newspaper Ara and various television programs. Your newspaper chronicles, written in the same style as snappy stories were published in two anthologies. The first, Busco senyor by a amistat i el que sorgeixi ( search Gentleman For Friendship and more, 2005), contains forty chronicles that tell stories such as the visit to the fortune tellers to find out about the chances of survival of the Catalan language, the transition to a monastery where maids from South America are rented, or a noonday visit to a food bank for the poor. The second volume, entitled Desitja guardar els canvis? ( If you want to save the changes?, 2006) contains a selection of the best products, settled with a sharp eye and full of life, half way between chronicle and narrative, where Empar Moliner, unimpressed by the adversity or the absurdities of everyday life, proves that humor the best antidote is inconvenience. In 2000 she was awarded the Josep Pla Prize for Feli, esthetician (Salon Feli ), a novel about the passion, and a little later she received the prize Lletra d'Or 2004 for t'estimo si begut hey (I love when I 'm gedrunkt ), thirteen stories at the same time, written about modern life, funny and bitter in a rigorous but informal style, described the criticism as " turbulent, fresh with complaisant and fanciful ." In 2012 she published the novel La collaboradora ( The employee ).
