Emre Aydın

Emre Aydın ( born February 2, 1981 in Isparta, Turkey) is a Turkish singer-songwriter and was lead singer of the band 6 Cadde.

Life

Emre Aydın spent his youth in Isparta. He visited the Antalya Anadolu Lisesi and then studied economics at the University of September 9 in Izmir.

In 2002 he won the Sing Your Song music contest with his band 6 Cadde. In 2003, the first album of 6 Cadde. Then he made the first steps towards a solo career. His first album Afili yalnızlık ( ' Boastful loneliness ') was released by Sony BMG Music Entertainment and GRGDN (Management).

At the MTV Europe Music Awards 2008 he won the " Europe 's Favourite Artist".
