Enrico Kölling

Enrico Kölling (born 27 February 1990 in Berlin ) is a German boxer. He was Junior Vice World Champion ( U-19 ) in 2008 at middleweight and participants of the 2012 Olympic Games.

Career

Enrico Kölling grew up in Berlin and began at the age of eight years at SC Berlin with the boxes. This club he belongs to today, but in the Bundesliga he boxes for Hertha BSC Berlin. His coaches are Adolf Angrich and Ralf Dickert. The strong athlete who struggles to 81 kg body weight in the light heavyweight division, the weight class, belongs to a sports - promoting group of the Bundeswehr.

2005 Enrico Kölling German Junior Champion in the age group of cadets. He defeated it in the Light Welterweight ( up to 63 kg body weight) in the final battle Yassine Moussaoui from Palbach by points ( 29:16 ). In 2009, he then took first in the heavyweight at the German Championships Elite Boxer ( senior level ) and was part of a points victory in the final over Benjamin Schmidt, MBC Ludwigsburg ( 4-0) and German masters.

In the international boxing ring Enrico Kölling had his first success in 2007. He finished this year in Sombor in the middleweight division after beating Viko Stoyanov from Croatia ( 21:1 ) and Igor Gulpa, Estonia ( 14:14 ) and one defeat in the semi-final against Nikola Jovanovic from Serbia ( 8:17 ) the third space and thus won a bronze medal. In 2008 he participated in the Junior (Youth) World Championship (U 19) in Guadalajara / Mexico part and came up in the middleweight division to a RSC victory ind the 4th round of Kamikawe Takaki, Japan and point wins over Mikhail Dauhaliawats, Belarus (9: 4 ), Vladimir Sawenko, Ukraine ( 10:1) and Luis Arias, United States ( 7:1). He was in the final against the Cuban world-class boxer Rey Eduardo Recio, where he gave a great fight, but ultimately just on points ( 2:4 ) subject. He thus became Vice World Champion.

Since December 2010, Enrico Kölling launched under the system established by the AIBA "World Series of Boxing ," a kind of World Team Championship, for the " Ista Bulls " from Istanbul. He came here in the built exclusively for this competition weight category to 85 kg in his first season to four wins in five fights.
