Epanalepsis

The Epanalepse (Greek ἐπανάληψις epanalepsis: resume ) is a rhetorical figure of the group of word repetitions in which a word or phrase at the beginning of a sentence is repeated immediately or at a distance. Due to this somewhat broad definition, there is often overlap with other rhetorical terms. See also: gemination (Latin Geminatio: doubling ).
