Eric Defoort

Eric Defoort (* June 27 1943 in Ypres ) is a Flemish politician and chairman of the European Free Alliance (EFA ).

Defoort was chief librarian and professor of history at the Catholic University of Brussels. In March 2010, he was elected chairman of the EFA.
