Eric Laneuville

Eric Laneuville (* July 14, 1952 in New Orleans, Louisiana ) is an American film director and actor.

Life

Laneuville began his career in film as an actor in the late 1960s. First took over a guest-starred on several television series, followed by a supporting role in the 1971 science fiction film produced The Omega Man. Directly after he was involved again in different series, from 1970 to 1973, he played a recurring role in Room 222 Laneuville was still primarily seen in television production, a new role in a series he took over from 1982 to 1988 chief physician Dr. St. Elsewhere.

From the mid- 1980s Laneuville began to be also as a director. In addition to several television movies that portray the many biographical films, he is primarily involved in a variety of television series of different genres, including Lost, The Mentalist, Ghost Whisperer - Ghost Whisperer, CSI: NY and The Glades.

In 1992 he was awarded for his directing an episode of the series I'll Fly Away Emmy. In addition, he also won a DGA Award in 1990 and ever in 1992.
