Ermenek Dam

The Ermenek Dam is a dam in Turkey. It was built by the Turkish Agency for Water Management at the Ermenek Ermenek River, a tributary of the Göksu.

The dam is a concrete arch dam with 210 m height and 132 m length. The hydropower plant does with two Francis turbines 306 MW and supplies in the year 1048 GWh electricity. In August 2009, the construction work had been completed so far, that since the reservoir was impounded. The opening ceremony took place December 2009.
