Ernst Kozlicek

Ernst Kozlicek (born 21 January 1931 in Vienna ) is a retired Austrian football player.

Career

His career began in 1949 when Ernst Kozlicek Meidlinger club SC Wacker Wien to the later his younger brother Paul Kozlicek happened. In Lineups mostly he was cited as " Kozlicek I", to distinguish him from his brother Paul, who was listed as " Kozlicek II".

The brothers waved joint participation at the Football World Cup 1958, after they had already made with Alfred and Robert grains in Switzerland in 1954 good experiences. In Sweden, the group opponents proved to the eventual champions Brazil, European champion Soviet Union and England, however, be too strong. In 1959 the two brothers Kozlicek from financially troubled SC Wacker Wien were converted to LASK Linz, where in 1962 should the paths of the two separate. While Paul Kozlicek remained in Linz, Ernst Kozlicek went to the first Schwechater SC.
