Ersin Demir

Ersin Demir ( born December 8, 1977 in Cologne ) is a retired German -Turkish football player.

Career

Ersin Demir played in his youth at Adler Dellbrueck in Cologne and TuS Höhenhaus.

His professional career began in the second team of Bayer 04 Leverkusen, where he played for five years. In 2000 he moved to Alemannia Aachen in the 2nd Bundesliga, denied in the following season, however, only eight games.

He then played for half a year at Samsunspor in the Turkish Süper Lig and changed already during the winter break for FC Chemnitz in the German Regionalliga Nord. In the season 2002/ 03 he scored 18 goals for Chemnitz and was therefore by Dmitrijus Guscinas together with Veselin Gerov second best scorer of the season. In the summer of 2003 he moved to FC Augsburg, in which he played 16 games in the following half, scoring three goals.

In January 2004, he joined the second division side FC Erzgebirge Aue, but was seriously injured the same for an indoor tournament ( cruciate ligament). So Ersin Demir came only from the season 2004/ 05 are used. By the end of 2006, he played for Aue 57 Bundesliga games (11 goals).

On 1 July 2007, he joined the third division FC Ingolstadt 04, where he signed a three -year contract. In his first season Demir scored ten goals in 32 games and went with the Schanzern on to the 2nd Bundesliga. After only one year of re- descent followed in the third league. In the season 2010/11 he made his career in the second team of the FCI finish. Since 1 July 2011, he has worked as a trainer in Ingolstadt youth academy and got there now on the Nachwuchkoordinator and coach of the U-19.
