Ethnarch

Ethnarch was a ruler titles in antiquity. The term derives from the Greek words ethnos = nation and Archos = Prince, composed it means people prince.

A nation prince was such a thing as a Grand Duke. Most famous ethnarch Herod Archelaus was.
