Eucharius Gottlieb Rink

Eucharius Gottlieb Rink (* August 11, 1670; † February 9, 1745 ) was a German jurist and heraldry.

Its origin is the ennobled in the 15th century family Rink of Dorstig. Settle the trunk was in Stötteritz at Leipzig as Erbherren.

Rink visited in Altdorf University and, after graduating in 1707 a professor of German constitutional law. The focus of his research was the seal as sources of his heraldic work. He invented the heraldic hatching for iron and for the natural color. In his opinion, all the coat of arms originated in German territories.
