Eugène Fournier

Eugène Fournier ( born December 28, 1871 in Saint- Brieuc, Côtes -du-Nord, † April 17, 1941 in Besançon) was dean of the Faculty of Besançon and cavers. He discovered numerous caves in the Jura.

Biography

Eugène Fournier was born on 28 December 1871 in Saint- Brieuc, Côtes- du- Nord. He studied in Bayonne and Marseille and a Ph.D. in geology.
