Origin and History

The origin of the breed Eurasians began in 1960 in Weinheim, when Julius tops, the founder of the breed, together with Charlotte Baldamus and a small group of enthusiasts the goal sat down to breed a new breed of Arctic dog type, which should be suitable as a family dog ​​. Description

The Eurasier is a medium sized (up to 60 cm at 32 kg) Spitz type dog family with moderate physique. As color varieties occur: gray wolf, wolf color, dun, red, black or black with badges, other than pure white, white and pied liver color. The coat of the Eurasier is composed of a dense undercoat and long outer coat. Short-haired Eurasian occur only very rarely. A Eurasian has a blue, more or less blue spotted or flesh colored tongue.

Nature

The Eurasier is incorporated into a more confident, calmer and more balanced family dog ​​, the qualities of the breeds. He is attentive ( Keeshond ), without being barking joyfully.
