European Water Polo Championship

The Water Polo European Championship is one of the Ligue Européenne de Natation (LEN ) is currently every two years be transmitted pan-European tournament in water polo. The official name is the European Water Polo Championship. The tournament was first held in 1926 for men and 1985 for women.

The Water Polo European Championship was up to and including 1997 of the European Swimming Championships and received in 1999 a separate, independent frame.
