Evangeline Booth

Evangeline Booth ( born December 25, 1865 in London, † July 17, 1950 ) was from 1934 to 1939, the fourth Generalin the Salvation Army.

Evangeline Cory Booth, daughter of William and Catherine Booth, was the seventh of eight children. She held already as a 17- year-old girl her first sermons. It was officer of the Salvation Army and served five years as commanding officer of urine in London and from 1895 to 1904 in Canada and from 1904 to 1934 in the United States.
