Evert Karlsson

Evert Karlsson Gotthardt (* August 4, 1920 in Løkken Verk, Norway, † 23 May 1996 Örnsköldsvik, Sweden) was a Swedish ski jumper.

His first major tournament played Karlsson with the participation in the Olympic Winter Games in 1948 in St. Moritz. There he could reach the 11th place with jumps of 65.5 and 68 meters. He was the most successful Swedish participants in this discipline. At the Swedish Championships 1949 on the normal hill, he won his first and only national championship. After 1950, Heini Klopfer ski jump was opened, he frequently traveled to Germany, because he was able to complete jumps over 100 meters for the first time.
