Ewa Fröling
Ewa Marie Froeling ( born August 9, 1952 in Stockholm ) is a Swedish actress.
Life and career
Ewa Froeling was born in 1952 in the Swedish capital Stockholm. Her acting training she made on Teaterhögskolan, the Swedish Theatre Academy. She worked 1977-1988 as a theater actress at the Swedish National Theatre Dramatan. In the 1990s, she appeared mainly on the Stockholm City Theatre. Ewa Froeling debuted as a film actress in 1976 in Drömmen om America. She appeared in the following decades in a variety of film and television productions, as in the role of Emilie Ekdahl in Ingmar Bergman's epic family drama Fanny and Alexander in 1982. In German-speaking countries it was an episode role in the crime scene television series and the embodiment Harriet Vanger of blindness known in the Stieg Larsson novel adaptation from 2009.
Ewa Froeling was married to actor Örjan Ramberg Swedish. From this marriage came a daughter born in 1980, the Swedish actress tilde Froeling.
