Ewa Kasprzyk (athlete)

Ewa Kasprzyk ( born September 7, 1957 as Ewa Witkowska ) is a former Polish sprinter.

At the World Athletics Championships 1983 in Helsinki, she was eighth over 200 m. In 1986, she won over the same distance silver at the Indoor Athletics Championships in Madrid and was fifth at the European Athletics Championships in Stuttgart. At the European Championships she also launched in two relay events: In the 4 x 100 - meter relay, she came with the Polish team to sixth place in the 4 x 400 - meter relay team took the Polish quartet bronze.

In the World Cup 1987 she finished seventh over 200 m. In 1988, she won over the same distance gold at the European Indoor Championships in Budapest.

Six times she was Polish champion in the 200 m ( 1983-1987, 1989) and even more than 100 m ( 1986). In the hall she took twice the national title over 60 m (1984, 1988) and four times more than 200 m ( 1982-1984, 1988).
