Background
The song was released on 29 May 1984 as the second single from the album Rebel Yell. In the U.S., it was in fourth place Idol first Top Ten hit on the Billboard Hot 100
The song was recorded in Electric Lady Studios in New York City. The drums were created with a LM -1 drum machine, bass parts were played by Steve Webster. The background vocals comes from Perri Lister.
David Mallet led the music video director, the video was nominated at the MTV Video Music Awards for the categories Best Editing and Best Cinematography.
