Action

Wit is a young engineer who gets along in the new socialist Poland. His family does so significantly heavier. The father lives with daughter Bella and his sister in the dilapidated mansion, which belonged to the family for generations. There they vegetate, can not and will not adapt to the new times. Before the Second World War, the father owned a glass factory, now he produced in a small workshop decoration baubles for Christmas trees. Wit son was not at home for six years. Now driving his friend Marek to a family reunion because he got informed in a telegram that his father be seriously ill. However, when Wit and Marek arrive at the villa, it turns out that the father is not ill. He would rather that his son returns home and takes over the workshop of his father. However, the talks with the father can not convince them that he returns to the family Wit. Instead, he watched as his sister Bella with Marek anbändelt. Marek Bella tries to convince her to leave her father's house with him. However, Bella wants the father did not leave alone with the crazy aunt. Marek leaves the meeting early without Wit.
