Fərhad Vəliyev (also Färhad Väliyev, Farhad Veliyev; born 1 November 1980 in Quba, Azerbaijan SSR, Soviet Union) is an Azerbaijani football goalkeeper.

Vəliyev began his career at the small club Kimyaçı Sumqayıt. In the following years he frequently changed and has performed the four-time national champions Neftchi Baku. Since 2007 he plays for the capital club FK Qarabağ Aghdam. With this he was able in 2009 to celebrate winning the Azerbaijani Cup. In qualifying for the Europa League 2009/10 he played six games.

In 2006 he made ​​his debut in the national team and has since developed into a fixed size and the goalkeeper of the team of national coach Berti Vogts.
