Farska Kolonia

Farska Kolonia ( German: Colony Adamowitz ) is a district of Strzelce ( United Strehlitz ) and a mayor's office of the municipality Strzelce in Poland.

History

Up to 1945 the district was in the district of Great Strehlitz. The resulting as forest settlement beside a forest house complex is located three kilometers north of the city Strzelce. The place name colony suggests attention to a planned settlement, founded in the 18th or 19th century.

In 1945 the previously German place under Polish administration and renamed Farska Kolonia and joined the Silesian Voivodeship. In 1950, the city came to Opole Voivodeship. In 1999 the place to re-founded powiat Strzelecki.
