Fascia lata

The fascia lata is a tough connective tissue ( fascia ) on the thigh. It holds together all the muscles along pull on the outside of the thigh. The section below the inguinal ligament is also known as the cribriform fascia, as it only consists of little dense connective tissue and having an opening in the form of the saphenous opening.

This case is flexible, although it consists of largely resistant material. Your voltage is variable because it can be set by the tensor fascia lata over the iliotibial band on the outside of the thigh.
