Fatali Khan Khoyski

Fətəli Xan İsgəndər oglu Xoyski (Russian Фатали Хан Хойский / Fatali Khan Choiski; born December 7, 1875 in Sheki, † June 19, 1920 in Tbilisi ) was an Azerbaijani politician and the first Prime Minister of his country.

Fətəli Xoyski was the son of a Russian Lieutenant General, his nobles, coming from the room Xoy family had moved after the Russo - Persian war after Şəki.
