Fauquembergues

Fauquembergues ( hook size: Valkenberg ) is a commune of 1,000 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the Pas -de- Calais, in the Nord -Pas -de -Calais. It belongs to the arrondissement of Saint- Omer and the canton Fauquembergues.

Geography

Fauquembergues is located approximately 80 kilometers west of Lille. The village lies in the valley of the Aa, just outside of Regional Natural Park Caps Marais d' Opale et. Neighboring communities of Fauquembergues are Saint -Martin- d'Hardinghem in the north, Audincthun in the east, Renty in the southwest and Thiembronne in the northwest.
