Federação de Futebol de Timor-Leste

The Federação de Futebol de Timor- Leste ( fftl ) is the national football federation of East Timor. Association president, Francisco Kalbuadi Lay.

History

The fftl was founded in 2000 and has its headquarters in the capital, Dili. East Timor is an associate member of the Asian Football Association AFC since 2002. September 12, 2005 East Timor was recorded together with the Comoros in FIFA.

Football League East Timor

Since May 2010 there is a sponsored by the Irish telecommunications company DIGICEL Football League in East Timor, the Taça Digicel. The first game took place on May 8, between Dili Leste and Viqueque.
