Federico Mordegan

Federico Mordegan ( born February 1, 1970 in Vicenza ) is an Italian former tennis player.

Career

Federico Mordegan was active mainly in the men's doubles. On the ATP Challenger Tour he won six titles in his career on the ATP World Tour, he won in 1994 in Estoril at the Cristian Brandis page. In addition, he was in another five finals of the World Tour: 1990 with Cristiano Caratti in Genoa, 1992 in San Marino and in 1994 in Casablanca, and Athens with Cristian Brandi and again in 1995 with Pablo Albano San Marino. The highest quotation in the tennis world ranking he reached in 1990 with the 243 position in the individual and in 1995 with position 70 in doubles.

In the individual he was never able to qualify for a Grand Slam tournament. In the doubles competition, he never got beyond the opening round. In 1991 he took part in the Australian Open and the Wimbledon Championships, the 1994 French Open, again at Wimbledon and at the U.S. Open.
