Federico Puppo

Federico Puppo, full name Carlos Federico Puppo Gross, (December 6, 1986 in Colonia del Sacramento ) is an Uruguayan football player.

Association

Born in Colonia Puppo, for the partly Montevideo is given as place of birth, his career began in 2004 at the Montevideo Wanderers in the Uruguayan Primera División and was even during the Clausura 2006 squad. In his last season with the Wanderers he won with his team at the end of this season for the first time aligned to European season rhythm, leading into the new year season only 14th place in the 05/06er-Gesamttabelle. Subsequently, the 1.78 meter tall, operating as a midfielder or striker Uruguayan moved within Montevideo to River Plate, where he played from 2006 until the Apertura Clausura 2011. During this time won the Torneo Clausura his club in 2008 and qualified with the fourth rank in Copa Artigas 2008 for participation in the Copa Sudamericana, at the first time you pushed forward the semi-finals in the club's history in the sequence. For the season 2013/14 he returned to Uruguay and joined again at Defensor. There he came in the Apertura 2013 at two other inserts.

National

Puppo participated with the Uruguayan football team at the Pan American Games in 2011. There he scored the 1-0 goal against the selection of Ecuador and secured with the Celeste the bronze medal.
