Fedja Anzelewsky

Fyodor Erik Allan Anzelewski (also Anzelewsky; born March 17, 1919 in Nordhausen, † 18 May, 2010 Berlin) was a German art historian.

Anzelewski 1954 phil at the Free University Berlin with a thesis subject and exemplum in the early woodcuts Dürer Dr.. doctorate. Since 1954 he worked at the National Museums in Berlin- Dahlem, there was just there since 1957 assistant at the Print Room and curator since 1960. From 1977 to 1984 he was Director of Prints and Drawings. As a visiting professor, he taught at the Art History Institute of the Free University of Berlin.

His PhD topic Albrecht Dürer, he remained loyal over the years and has published numerous internationally recognized work in the field of Dürer's research.
