Felber was an Austrian manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company A. Felber & Co was a well known manufacturer of motorcycle sidecars in Vienna and began in 1952 with the production of automobiles. In 1954 the production was stopped. It was designed by Ernst Marold. The company Felber was long active in the trade of tricycles as Heinkel / Trojan and Reliant. However, the main business was the production of " Austromat " industrial washing machines.

The only production model was a tricycle, in which the individual wheel was back. The used two-cylinder two -stroke engine by Rotax had 398 cc and powered the single rear wheel. The vehicle had no doors. For entry and exit to the roof and side windows were folded into one unit to the rear. Approximately 400 copies were made ​​.

Gull

The coachbuilding company Hofmann & Moldrich from Vienna presented 1953-1954 on chassis of Felber Autoroller ten or twelve copies of a coupe named Gull ago that resembled the Fuldamobil.

The only remaining Gull is on display in the automobile museum in Aspangbahn Aspangbahn market.
