Félix Venerando Mieli ( born December 24, 1937 in São Paulo, † 24 August 2012 ) was a Brazilian football player.

Félix was Associação Portuguesa de Goalies in Desportos and Fluminense Rio de Janeiro. He completed 39 caps for the Brazilian national team. His career highlight he experienced in 1970, when Brazil won all qualifying and finals matches of the 1970 World Cup in Mexico and became world champion. Félix was in every game in the starting lineup, including the final against Italy.
