Ferdinand Dörfler

Ferdinand Dörfler ( born December 18, 1903 in Munich, † June 4, 1965 in Munich) was a German theater actor, theater director, theater director, film director, film producer and screenwriter who was famous in the 1950s by numerous home movies.

Life

He began his theater career in 1923 as an actor and tenor. Until 1934 he worked in Vienna as a director. Villagers was 1934-1938 actor, and director of the new tenant, founded in 1903 Josephspitalstraße popular theater in Munich. In 1938 he took over the management of the New Schauspielhaus in Vienna.

In several films, he worked not only as a director but either as a producer or as an author. Villagers worked with well-known actors such as Walter Giller, Viktor Staal and Maria Andergast. He was the owner of various theaters, including the Atlantic Palace and the movie Castle in Munich.
