Feuillée (crater)

Feuillée is a small crater in the eastern part of the Mare Imbrium. It is located less than 5 km north-west of the crater Beer and forms a pair of twins almost identical crater. To the west, the small but noticeable crater Timocharis emerging.

Similar to Beer Feuillée is circular and bowl -shaped. The relatively small crater floor is located in the center of the steep crater interior walls. The sharp-edged crater has no particular signs of erosion and dont let miss conspicuous mark. On the other hand, it is situated on a ridge in the surface of the sea Mare and can be best under oblique light observed when the terminator is located in the crater area.
