The Fiat Industrial SpA was an Italian manufacturer of trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and engines, based in Turin. The company was listed and was built in 2010 in connection with the division of the Fiat Group in the parts industry and automobile manufacturing.
The company was not identical to the Fiat SpA However, it existed historically conditioned and close business cooperation.
History
End of 2010, the old Fiat group was in the new Fiat SpA as well as the Fiat Industrial SpA split. The former owners each received one share of the two new companies per old share. Fiat Industrial will be traded on the stock exchange since January 2011. In November 2012 it was announced that Fiat Industrial will merge with CNH Global. The end of 2013 merged the two companies and went into the CNH Industrial on.
Investments
Fiat Industrial is primarily a holding company for acting independently daughters.
Iveco
The truck manufacturer Iveco employs over 26,000 people. This was established in 1975 as a merger of the truck division of Fiat, the Italian company Officine Meccaniche, the French manufacturer Unic and Magirus-Deutz AG of Germany.
CNH Global
At CNH Global, headquartered in Amsterdam Fiat Industrial has been involved with 89.3 %. The company was the second largest producer of agricultural machinery worldwide and the number three in the construction equipment industry. It employed 25,000 people and good markets its products under brands such as Steyr, Case IH and New Holland.

The lines of business of industrial and marine engines of Fiat Powertrain Technologies were the Fiat Industrial slammed, while the automotive supply operations to Fiat SpA went.
