Fiat Tagliero Building

Fiat Tagliero is a gas station in the Eritrean capital Asmara. It was built towards the end of Italian colonial rule in Italian Eritrea, designed by the Italian architect Giuseppe Pettazzi in the style of futurism and 1938 completed. The building is classified as a cultural monument and is - together with other buildings of modern construction in Asmara - Eritrea on the Tentative List for World Heritage of UNESCO.

The building is currently one of the Royal Dutch Shell Oil Company, is empty and is no longer used as a gas station.
