Fidelma Healy Eames

Fidelma Healy Eames is an Irish Fine Gael politician.

Healy Eames visited the Carysfort College, Blackrock and studied at Western Connecticut State University in the United States, as well as at the National University of Ireland, Galway. In the course of her studies, she received a Bachelor of Education ( B.Ed. ), a Master of Science ( M.Sc.) and Ph.D.. She was now working as a primary school teacher, worked as a college lecturer in the field of teacher education and founded finally, in Oranmore their own com pany FHE Education & training Providers.

In the 2004 municipal elections Healy Eames was elected to the Galway County Council and was one of this until 2007, when she moved to her election to the Seanad Éireann in selfsame to. As early as 2002 they had unsuccessfully running for a seat in Dáil Éireann.

Healy Eames is married and has two children.
