Filipe Pinto

Filipe Miranda Cunha Pinto ( born July 3, 1988 in São Mamede de Infesta ) is a Portuguese rock and pop singer. He won in 2010 the third season of the talent show Ídolos the TV channel SIC.

Career

Pinto studied forestry at the Universidade de Trás -os- Montes e Alto Douro. At the auditions for the third season of Ídolos Pinto was chosen from over 20,000 applicants for the final phase. After three months of competition, he qualified for the finals, where he worked in a live broadcast on February 14, 2010 in the audience vote prevailed over his rival Diana Piedade.

After the final published under the title Ídolos - Os Melhores Momentos an album with ten of the finalists. Pinto was to listen to it with an interpretation of the song Ouvi Dizer of the Ornatos Violeta. As of March 13, 2010, he toured with the other finalists from the show under the title Idolomania by Portugal.
