Finland Davis Cup team

The Finnish Davis Cup team tennis is the Finland national team that represents the country in the Davis Cup. It is organized by the Suomen Tennisliitto. The Davis Cup is the most important competition for national teams in men's tennis, similar to the Fed Cup for the women.

History

Finland takes part in the Davis Cup since 1928. 1990, 1999 and 2002 failed the country in the relegation round to participate in the World Group. The most successful player Jarkko Nieminen is, the total ( Singles & Doubles ) 68 matches played, of which he won 46. Finnish Tuomas Ketola record player with 31 contested encounters.
