First International Computer

The First International Computer, Inc. ( FIC) is a Taiwanese computer manufacturer that has been designing and manufacturing components for other manufacturers. FIC produces motherboards, embedded computing systems, graphics cards, personal computers, notebooks, memory, and mobile phones. The company was founded in 1980 by Dr. Ming -Jen Chien, Taipei, Taiwan, and is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE 3701 ). According to the company, the company employs over 5000 employees in 2007.

FIC also produced devices like the Neo 1973 for the operating system Openmoko.
