The FK Bačka Bačka or OFK is a Serbian football club based in Backa Palanka.

History

The club was founded in 1945. In its early history, he has changed his name several times and received on August 1, 1948 its present name. The FK Bačka plays in the stadium Slavko Maletin Vava, which has a capacity of 5500 spectators and was officially opened on 7 July 1951. FK Bačka played in the season 1959/60 for the first time in the second Yugoslav league, and one of the greatest successes of the ascent is in the single-track second Bundesliga in the 1988/89 season. Overall, the FK Backa spent 17 seasons in a lower league. One of the greatest successes of Bačka was reaching the quarter-finals of the jugoslawischern Football Cup in the 1968/69 season, when they were subject only against Hajduk Split in extra time 1-2. In the seasons 2004/5 to 2009/ 10, the club in the Srpska Liga Vojvodina played, after relegation in the 2009/10 season, playing for the 2010/11 season in Vojvodina League West.In the 2012/13 season reached Bačka first place in Vojvodina League West, so that the club plays for the 2013/14 season back in the Srpska Liga Vojvodina.
