Flash and the Pan

Flash and the Pan was an Australian band, which declined in the core to The Easybeats.

The two main songwriter of the Easybeats George Young and Harry Vanda, stayed together after the end of the band in 1969 to continue working as a team. They were one of the most important rock and pop production teams of Australia, which worked for John Paul Young and especially for the rock band AC / DC, among others. George Young is an older brother of Angus and Malcolm Young of AC / DC.

In addition to her work as a producer and songwriter for other Vanda and Young coated with Flash and the Pan to her own band project. They had a string of hits that were partially successful in Europe, including Hey St Peter (1977 ), Midnight Man, Early Morning Wake Up Call (both 1985) and Ayla (1987).
